What I offer

During your pregnancy we will have at least two in person meetings, and next to those we will be in contact via e-mail, text, or phone. In that time, we will get to know each other well, discuss any fears and concerns, review and practice different comfort measures and address any other questions that you might have. Towards the end of your pregnancy I will be available 24/7. When labor starts I will initially support you by phone and subsequently come to your home, hospital or birthing center to support you (and your partner) physically and emotionally. After the birth I’ll stay with you until you and the baby both are settled. Depending on the situation I’ll visit you once or twice postpartum to check how you and the baby are doing, reflect on the birth and provide any additional resources if needed.

Because I like to ride my bike to visits, I prefer to have clients who live within an hour bike ride (around 10 miles) from my place in Windsor Terrace. As is obvious from my background, I enjoy having clients from all different cultural, socioeconomic, religious and racial backgrounds.

Fees - Pay what you want

In my opinion everybody who wants a doula should be able to afford one, therefor I have no set fee. I expect you to pay me what you deem to be fair, based on your budget and satisfaction.
